Get either Knorrs vege soup mix (not spring vege) or Mrs Grass vege

One bunch of green onions chopped

one can of water chestnuts chopped

one block of cream cheese

one 16oz tub of sour cream

one block of frozen spinach

If you have a big mixer (I love my kitchenaid!) throw everything, but the spinach, into the bowl. Thaw and squeeze out as much water from the spinach as possible (it's kinda gross feeling, but it's the only way I can figure out how to do it) and add it to the bowl. Mix it all and let sit over night (or at least 6-8 hours). I serve it with either triscuits, wheat thins or sliced baugette (I can't spell that).

I don't add mayo, it's too slimy. It's always a hit and so simple.

By the way, VERY happy to see the babies back up!

I have a killer spinach dip recipe if you want it. Pretty easy.

2-26-09 - Visa in hand!

3-11-09 - POE JFK - Got stuck there due to immigration taking too long. They didn't change his visa from CR1 to IR1, have to go to immigration here to fix it.

3-12-09 - Arrived in Portland!!

5-29-2010 - Zane was born ** Absolute best day of my life!

6-7-2010 - Ahmed went back to Egypt

8-23-11 - Filed for divorce

1-12-12 - Divorce final

How's everyones night? I'm chillin with my kitty. Oh I did the coolest thing with oatmeal. lol ok it's not that cool, but check this out. I made instant oatmeal, and I put a flavored French Vanilla creamer on it .....oh my it was so good. I bet topping that with cinnamon would be a good touch.

I just called the NVC and they've received our case! :dance:

I haven't even received my NOA2 in the mail yet...lol

So what now - I call everyday till I find out when its left for the embassy? :devil:

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

My husband finally finished filling out the visa application and is gathering everything else to send. Hopefully he can get everything out on Sunday.

I got my new passport reflecting my married name. I can't believe it. It arrived at the passport center last Thursday and came back today (Thursday). Only one week with expidite. Guess they got better.

Oh, they didn't send me my old passport back :( Then I read something in the pamphlet they sent with the new one saying that it may arrive later in the mail. I hope it does. I don't want to lose that one with the memories and stuff!

I think i officialy missed october interviews :( they said call till friday but i have a feeling its done! oh well more waiting nothing new about that *sigh*

BTW i ve been meaning to ask about Bridget for the loongest time and i keep forgetting....hope shes doing ok havent seen her here for almost a month now right? insha Allah shes ok

HLM Bridget seems to be doing fine!
