Hi first Congratulations (F)

from my understanding your husband is a US citizen . so all what you have to do is go to the USA embassy and get a US birth certificate and US passport for the baby . so then when you will get the visa you take him with you without any issues and you will not have to file for a visa for him cause he is already a US citizen

Good luck and my best wishes for you (F)

Exactly. Since he's the son of a US citizen, he will most likely automatically become a US citizen as well. The embassy should be the first place to go to get him a birth certificate and even a SS # for him.
