I checked the link for the documentation required for the interview on the following link-http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3741.html

here in the section of affidavit of support section do I need to procure yet another set of Job letters from the sponsors or can I just add the copy that has already been provided to the NVC?

I think if it has already been provided, then it has been forwarded to the embassy and you dont need it. Alot of people on here take copies of everything just for peace of mind, in case something was misplaced at the NVC. So if it was submitted to the NVC then i would just take a copy, just in case
