i filed an i-130 for my husband in july 17th-08 and then i filed an i-129f in aug 17th and i requested an expedite for the i-129f and i provide them with all my medical records and today i checked the status online and it says( case transfared to the local office for more processing) is this normal? can someone tell me what it means please? does it mean an interview? or they will send me an approval from the local office? or this is because of the expedite request? help please

I would think it means they want to interview you. Transfers to local offices are not very common but neither are expedite requests.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
