hey all

I changed our address Via the Web Aug 29th - then I had my husband call because it wasn't updated on the website after 2 weeks. they said it was in the system and could take up to 45 days to process.

We got a touch that day, would calling about it result in a touch? even if they didn't do anything??

today we got another touch - does this mean they changed our address??

i can't get my email from work - just courious

Thanks!!

Date of I-751 = 03/05/2011

NOA Date = 3/08/2011

Biometrics = 04/11/2011

Approved = 09/08/2011

We changed our address last year - resulted in no touch - got the same 'it could take 45 days' message, but in reality it took place within about 2 weeks. Doesn't the address on USCIS result in what you/we enter? :thumbs:

I was just curious if changing the address would actually result in a touch on my file since I have now had 2 touches in a week.

I hope it means an approval soon - but I am at Vermont and we all know what they are like =/

when you call in to ask about your file and they go into it, that results in a "touch" right?

Thanks.
