Hi everyone,

Not sure if people watch this show, especially here in the states, but this is one of my most favorite shows that I can never watch. :)

Top Gear is a British show that my friend describes as "car porn". Not only do you get to watch some really exotic and expensive cars, but they do some pretty funny stuff.

One of the hosts drove the Nurburgring track (20.8 km or 12.9 mi) in Germany in a diesel Jaguar in under 10 minutes, which is quite a feat. However, one of the guides for the track, Sabine Schmitz, challenged to do the same in a Ford Transit (van). Pretty funny stuff!

very funny show, isn't it shown on bbc america?

I think it used to be, then someone said it wasn't. Now I'm not sure. I never got BBC America, anyway. :(

Apparently there is a US version of the show, but I haven't seen it. I think the hosts of the UK version are funny, so I worry I might be disappointed with the US version. :)

The hubby and I love this show, must the the funniest on television right now.

I liked the one in which the mothers test the three cars, that was just too funny!

And the race through London, one in a car, one in public transport and one on a bicycle... priceless!
