Hello there fellow filers.

Just to keep everyone up to date on whats going on with us..........

On Monday we applied for an expedite request on my I-765 and received an email back around 1pm today telling us that the request was approved. Then at 9.45pm tonight we got card production ordered for the I-765 and I-131 approval.

It has taken a very large amount of our minds as baby is due to arrive in the next month. Got a couple of offers at the moment so trying to work out which one is the best option for us.

Love to y'all!!!!

Graham and Megan.

Hey Graham--

Great news about the EAD approval and that you have some job offers. WOW, in this economy finding a job is super great news.

So with the "bump" only a month from making his/her appearance, do we know if it's a boy or a girl yet? Guess it's a wee bit more than a bump now. LOL. Hope Megan is feeling well.

Hi WizardFitz.

Well, we all seem to be transferred to CSC in this thread. I looked at the USCIS website today and nothing has happened there for us. I thought biometrics might put a new "touch", but nothing since the transfer. Glad your cases are showing up Alina. Ours have shown up since the beginning but I haven't gotten any emails from CRIS.

Have any of you gotten emails? I just read a post about another lost K1 medical. It happens alot.

Everything went well except for the fire alarm...lol... Minor disturbance...lol

Alina, that reminds me of the time we had to evacuate our hotel at 3:30 in the morning. We had to walk down all the these flights of stairs and stand outside in winter in our pajamas. Somebody had pulled the fire alarm as a prank.

Hello to my fellow October filers. I found out about this website not to long ago, so I get to join Oct. filer just now! :0)

My husband recieved the notice for an interview yesterday. The online status did not change and it is still appearing as pending from last soft touch date.

Wish for the best for October filers! :)

Hi Guys

Firstly, good luck with all your aos apps.

I unfortunately missed joining this thread as I was too slow getting the package together, but if you dont mind I wondered if I could ask a question.

Is it generally all K1s that get transferred to california with no interview.

Thanks for your replys

do I have to sign up for email updates or will it email me automatically?

If you created a login for viewing your case status then there is a place to opt in to receive emails for any updates. I have four cases showing--K1 (old), EAD, AOS, AP and all are signed up for email. The EAD shows an update when it got transferred but they didn't email me. The system isn't the most efficient.

I unfortunately missed joining this thread as I was too slow getting the package together, but if you dont mind I wondered if I could ask a question.

Hi Sal--- Hey jump in at anytime. I believe it is K1s mostly that get transferred. Maybe K3s too since those cases were interviewed face-to-face as part of the visa process. The others adjusting from other visas didn't interview with their spouses so I guess the government feels like they need to interview them. I'm wondering if it actually speeds up the processing like they say in the letter. They can transfer it back to a local office from CSC if they decide the case needs an interview after all.

Hey Guys!

How is everyone doing? I'm jealous Alina, we can still only access 2 of our 3 case numbers Grrrrr. I have no idea why its so important to me as I know nothing is happening with any of them at the moment but its piece of mind I guess.

I'm really looking forward to my first Thanksgiving!! Alan's family are all really close and I love doing things like this with them. I've amended the menu to include a few English things and am very skeptical about the parades but I'm sure it will be fun.

Just wanted to drop in and say Hi, hope everyone is well.

Hi everyone. It's so good to see so many of you doing well. :) Sorry for those of you missing home. I read that a lot here... I also read that it gets better with time. I hope that's the case for you.

We're doing very well... although still procrastinating over the paperwork. (sorry mama Nick) Actually, not really procrastinating as it's sitting here in a stack right in front of me just waiting to go out. We were contemplating whether or not to have the vac form signed off on or to have the TB test or not... thought i'd hear something from one of you one way or another before too long. Seems ,like everything else in this process, to be taking it's time. So I guess we'll just send it off and await an rfe.

We've been super busy and the days just seem to roll into one another now. A far cry from those lonely days of waiting!

Anyway, just wanted to catch up. Be well.

 Happy Day! Bex and Kim come around.

I'm doing the Thanksgiving bit at my house so lot's of work to do with company coming...kids, ex-inlaws, outlaws, overnight guests, visiting cats, etc. We got the dining room emptied of boxes and extraneous items. Yay! Nick isn't missing his family for Thanksgiving because they didn't have Thanksgiving holiday. So everybody new....Welcome to America and Happy Turkey Day.

Kim--I search for people with RFEs on the medical and almost everybody that I track seems to be about income tax or co-sponsors. Our case was transferred to California and it would seem if they were checking for initial evidence submitted, they would have RFEed as missing initial evidence for not sending the I-693. I suppose it could have slipped through being that it's kind of a new thing hitting our timeframe. So Kim, you're gonna be sorry if we slip through the system and you don't because they've wised up by now.

I still feel like somebody at CSC with eagle eyes will go "aha...incomplete." But at least we've moved along in the system six weeks worth. I suspect the RFE would come when it finally made it off the shelf to the adjudicator. I dont ever check case status online so will find out when it hits the mailbox. I got burned out on that case status checking waiting on NOA2. I don't need that addiction again. Oh shoot, now that I've talked about it, I think I should take a peek. LOL
