I very much dislike the London embassy communication...

So i have sent a number of emails trying to get answers to my questions to the London Embassy and i get no response.

Again this morning i've had to send an email, and i just hope this time i'll get a reply.

So i've been sent another interview date for the K3 it's for the 26th of September. So i called the call center and asked if i could possibly use that date for the CR1 and bring that interview forward by just 3 days (3 days is 3 days in my eyes). The women on the other end of the phone just didnt get what i was asking....... she just kept on saying, but I-130 is for permnament residency and the K3 is'nt and it's better to get the I-130... lol. So after the 4th time of explaining that i just wanna use the set appointment for CR1 instead of the K3, she gave me this weeks email code.....so here i am again waiting for response.

Oh the fun... the only thing that keep sme sane is having the knowledge of an interview date.

I think you can do it, just go to the earlier one and be prepared for interview. I saw another VJ couple do this and no problem!!! Just tell them that you want to interview for CR-1 instead of K-3

Well i thought it was personal to each case, but then she must of slipped up and i'm sure she said it was a weekly one.

I hope they just email me back, i doubt that will happen though. It would actually work better for me to interview on the Friday.

It's valid for one week -- it has nothing to do with your case number.

Your package from NVC needs to be at the Embassy in order for you to have a CR-1 interview.

Just keep calling and emailing EVERYDAY until you get someone competent to respond.

Thanks, i think i will. I'm so excited, i know it's only 3 days early but...it's still 3 days, it makes all the difference. I actually feel like crying....i miss him so much.
