My wife had her biometrics appointment on 13 September.

Since then I've been trying to enter her I-485 and I-765 receipt numbers into CRIS. Just as has been the case since we got the receipts in the first place, the USCIS site says "Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the case number." I am in fact giving CRIS the receipt numbers prints on the NOAs we got for each application.

What to do? Is there a number to call and ask (waiting to hear deafening laughter from y'all)

Some people can see their cases others can't. There is no way to fix that, plus if you can't see it probably means the USCIS customer agent can't see it either.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

Not to worry...mine took at least 3 weeks before it showed up! Also, no touches since right after biometrics were done... a lot of people are experiencing this... EAD &/or AOS cards are just "showing up" in their mailboxes... some get emails, some don't. Good luck!

Same situation happnens to me. I had my biometrics done on 9/15/08 for both I-485 and EAD, and I have not been able to check the case status for I-485. I tried to called the Customer Service Center, but it's only automated. It is frustrating

Don't get alarm same thing with my case too and we had the same biometric appointment, so nothing to worry we will just wait until we can see our case online.
