What documents expected from NVC?

Hi,

I'm US citizen and sponsoring I-130s for my parents and brother.

1) Once USCIS approves the I-130s and transfer the case to NVC, what documents do I expect from NVC?

2) Do I expect to fill out G-325 (A) for my parents and brother beside DS-230s and I-864?

3) Does each one of them need to fill out DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) separately or just one (1) DS-3032 for all three to choose me as their agent?

Someone said no G-325 (A) because I sponsor my parents and brother, not a spouse. But others said I need G-325 (A) as well.

Please advise so that I can prepare info for the G-325 (A) if needed. Thank you very much.

I don't mean to sound harsh but I don't understand why you keep posting the same questions over and over after receiving answers for the previous ones.

Again:

1) Check the Time Savers thread to see what documents you will need at the NVC. Pages 1, 10 & 11.

2) Again, please read the instructions for the I-130 if you're not sure. It clearly states that you do not need a G-325A for them, it is only used for spouses.

As per the I-130 Instructions:

What Documents Do You Need to Prove Family Relationship?

D. A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife. Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information given on your Form I-130 petition.

3) Yes, each one of them will have to send a DS-3032 once their petitions are at the NVC.

Remember that your parents' petitions will be approved and processed a lot faster than your brother's which could take many years to be approved.
