Speaking of hold music, I've been trying to get a hold of the Indian consulate in NYC by phone... no luck in getting through to a person so far but their hold music is interesting... it's an Indian classical sitar instrumental... kinda makes you wanna fall asleep instead of holding.

No. For my wife, want to get her passport name changed and I want to get info from them on the phone before I take a day off and go with her. I hear they're a$$holes, their web instructions are incomplete, and whener you go they surprise you with some new undocumented requirement... oh well, I can't get through to them & they don't answer emails so I guess I will go one day with my wife and then let her do the followups herself once she knows how to get there...

New undocumented requirements? I'm sure a few crisp ones will move things along nicely... :P
