Hello everyone,

Great news, I just received my NOA for AOS/AP/EAD!!

So, I created an account on the USCIS website to be able to follow my cases online. However, when I try to add a case to my portfolio, using the receipt number on each of the NOA I received, that doesn't work.

It is said:

"Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number."

My receipt numbers start with MSC.

Did I do something wrong??

Any help will be very much appreciated :blush:

Be aware that for some people any of those NOA numbers never showed up in CRIS :(

For myself NOA # for EAD showed after 5 days and it is just hanging in there (no touches after BIO) , but the system cannot find NOA for my AOS

Yes we have to have tons of patience.

Yep, patience and also the willingness to accept the fact that it is hit-or-miss with the website updates.

I've been waiting over a month and a half and still none of my receipt numbers are viewable. Some people don't see their cases ever or if they do see their cases they can't see any touches or updates. Just have patience, if you got your NOA's it means they're working on your case.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

Thanks everyone for your posts about that. I seems really that USCIS have issues with their website...

So if you cannot have access to the updates online about your case, how can you know when the case has been transfered to either the local office or the california center??? Do you receive by mail a letter or internet is the only way to figure that out?

Thanks
