Hi,

My fiances mum is co sponsering me so, whilst he has just submitted the I134 form she has submitted the I134 form along with the following documents:

*Letter from her employer stating when she was hired, that she is full time, her job (occupational Therapist) and how much she makes per hour and that its a permanent position. This is on official letterhead paper

*Total Compensation statement for her from her employment which represent her total compensation for july 2007-june 2008. this includes medical insurance, social security ect

*W2 that filed feb of this year (2008) which she files jointly with her husband

*quaterly account statement from 2008,, of her bank

*letter from her bank on official paper just stating how long shes been a customer for, how much shes deposited in the past yr and her present balance

is this enough??Or do i need more??

hmm im not sure...its a few sides of a complicated form and as i dont know what a W2 looks like and a tax rebait form looks like im not sure. Ill have to speak to her and see. Would you recomment both?

She files her taxes jointly with her husband and as hes on this form im guessin its tax...so i just need recent w2 right?

The best practice would be to provide a complete tax return which would include all W2 and 1099 forms in addition to the 1040 and all supplimental schedules and forms. The sponsor knows what a tax return is.

You can get tax transcripts for free by calling the IRS. They can fax thenm to you so you can get them quickly. These are accepted as easily as anything else. yes you will want to prove you are a USC!!! the more assets you have the easier it will be :thumbs::thumbs:

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09
