HI everybody,

about to case completion and i never apologize how important is this, and either i never checked it.

now when i sent documents to nvc, i apoligized it and this was official mistake and i got the new passport with correct place of birth?

now what should i do, should i inform NVC (should send copy of new passport or ned to wait for any decision)

any input Please?

hmmmmmmmm.....well if you have had the passport corrected.....perhaps giving NVC a call could be an idea.....they are either going to tell you one of two things..to send a photo copy of it to them or just wait till interview. If you havent gotten case complete yet, your DS-230 is still being review. They could very well send you an RFE if they note the difference between the passport and other documents. Give them a call anyway to see what you should do.

The NVC collects some of the visa application documentation, but it's the consulate that reviews the documentation and processes the application.

Save it for the visa interview unless you get a question from the NVC. An added benefit is that it's usually easier to explain something in face-to-face communication.
