thank you guys for your hospitality.

There are a few VSC filers left (also from May and April)...I think I will come in here more often now. Our June filer VSC thread is dying. There is hardly anyone left in there who is not approved...

I've told my office colleague today that I will leave Belgium and the job hopefully at the end of January and I'll make it official on Monday (tell it to my boss). Nobody at work knew so far that I intend to leave.

why today? because I received my new work contract for the next 2 years and I don't want to sign it I want to go to my baby not stay here anymore

kiwie when calling uscis how do you get to the 2nd level? we also want to call, we wanted to do it today as I didn't know it's was day off. Do you really feel that the 2nd level gives you more info than what we can read ourselves on the site?

I think they more information cause 1st level only reads from the website we are checking... and I guess they don't. But I'm not 100% sure... sorry. I wish I could tell you more.

Were expecting our NVC letter next week hopefully by monday. AngelSaint got their NVC letter 11days after NOA2 approval i wish mine as well. You should get your I-134 form and employement certification now coz you need to notarized all supporting documents. As soon as you got your NVC letter with Mla Case Noxxx you can call USEM Consulate for schedule of interview. Good Luck to both of us! God Speed!

If you want to talk to a second level person you have to demand it from the first level staff. Some won't let you through and tell you that they don't have a reason to put you through and are thus not allowed to do it. Others will just say "ok, sure. i am happy I can help you".

We always asked for second level support by saying that we know they have computer problems and that thats why we would like to talk to a second level person. One lady got really rude saying she couldn't do it, but all others were fine with it.

It's funny, I noticed we are now left 2 Germans and 2 Romanians (I'm Romanian but living in Belgium) so: Go Germany!! Go Romania!!

It's 6 months since we sent our file but yesterday I decided not to feel down anymore, I have to become back myself, Christmas is coming and I want to enjoy it. It will be a great period: my birthday, Christmas, I'll see my baby and we'll spend the holidays with our parents. What can be more wonderful ? Yes, yes, of course, a NOA2 can make it perfect

The worse scenario: we don't get the NOA2 in time (= middle of January at the latest) to have the weeding (the church ceremony and the party) when we set the date (4th of July - in Romania) I hope we won't get there but even if we do-it's not a tragedy, we'll postpone the wedding.

Life is good and let's enjoy it!!!!!!

I'm glad that you are back to thinking positive!!!! I'm back and forth all the time, hoping that we'll get our NOA2 before Christmas so that we'll make it in time for the wedding at the end of march.

I'm also looking forward to seeing my love on Christmas and spending time with him. It'll be good and hopefully get my mind of the visa thing for a little while.

Maybe we'll even see some things happening next week!!!!

im still waiting...still hoping...still having faith in my Lord

I have no idea what to hope for--I don't want to start freaking out when it doesn't come as expected! We're hoping that Spurs can start classes at my university in January, so ideally everything could be done by then, but it's looking less likely by the day. Ah well--we'll just do our best to stay patient and hope that we get sorted soon!!!

Have any of you thought about making wedding plans yet?

i keep in touch with oana31 and she told me about you too and now i saw your post here and i just wanted to tell you that im prayng for you too, since there are only 4 of us left from june... we've been blessed with a "learn to trust ME" and a "learn what patience is" lesson... it's not easy to pass those two exams but just know you are not alone...
