Today I "celebrate" :bonk: one month since USCIS got our RFE reply. Why do they need so much time to look at the papers and approve our case? My fiance starts thinging something is wrong with our file, I just say that the person handling our case is sick or on holidays or forgot our file under a pile of other papers

And when I see that July filers are approved now, I must admit I am jealous.... And there are still May filers out there waiting for their NOA2, how should they feel? It's awful....

And I hope for all of us that we will get our NOAS next week!

is anyone else having problems with the USCIS site? I logged on and when I clicked my receipt number, nothing happen. Usually the "pending" notice appears. It's been like this for a couple of days now.

Also, I called the customer service. I'm getting impatient. My fiance is a policeman and he just got transfered to another province. I asked why I havent heard from them since some July filers have been receiving their NOA2. He just told me that my case has been 144 days and it's in the normal processing time. I told him he didn't answer my question. He said, "Yes, I did." #######!

Have you tried this:

instead of logging in. click onto "case status search" (left hand side of webpage) and then type in your receipt number and see what comes up. It will either say case received and pending or approval notice sent etc.

Today when i checked my status. I logged in and i tried to click onto my receipt number and nothing happened. so i went to "case status search" instead and typed in my receipt number and it came up that i had been sent an approval notice.

Hi there, fellow June filers!

To the guys, who is still waiting - the best of luck!! I'm thinking of you and hoping this is your week!

And also, just wanted to throw my 2 cents in regarding the USCIS site. I logged in, and it showed the table with the date, and the case # as usual, and when I clicked on the case # it worked just fine. Not, sure what the problem is (was?) with ur guys' pages... Our petition has been approved though... Maybe they have some glitch with the pending appllications?

what's going on with CSC????

Last week they were working like crazy and now we're back to nothing!

Maybe they forgot all about the rest of us June filers.

I was already thinking about calling but at the same time I'm scared that they just get mad and put my file even further away.

Has anyone had any experiences with that?

I'm still hoping to have my visa in hand by Christmas so I can fly back with my love around the 30th.....

I was thinking the same: to ask my fiance to call USCIS, but what's the use of it? Just to get the answer that we're still in the time frame?

I wouldn't write the week off yet. Mondays and Tuesdays have always been slow. Typically you don't start seeing the approvals roll in till wed through sat. On Mondays and Tuesdays usually you see the last week's numbers go up.
