ummm what if you get approved by monday :D

Oh, I hope that. This would be so nice, all Junies approved by Monday, 11/10. It is frustrating, the fact that everytime I check USCIS, no updates, no nothing...

:crying:

No touches yet for me, however.. 1 more day till my 130 mark. The updates this weekend were rather anemic, but were still on track date wise. I have lots of hope for all of us this week. Hopefully with the elections over we'll see a lot more approvals going through and we should see some headway into the end of june filers.

ya this is gettin strange. . no new june filers have gotten approved today?

we usually dont get much activity on mondays, and when we do its usually to the prior week. (ie: llate updaters) Given the election is tomorrow, I dont expect much from CSC today. I do have hopes for the rest of the week.

On your timeline it says:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 18, 2008 and November 23, 2008*.

You still have a week or so to go until that. Looks like most people are getting approved for their NOA2 around the 130 day mark. Hang in there.....get worried when this timeframe has passed.

Also as people are saying, the election tomorrow could be hanging things up this week.

You are close to the end of your wait to get your NOA2, it won't be long now. :)

Good Luck June Filers, you've made it this far!
