03 March 2010 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation via e-mail and text message

06 March 2010 - received I-797C, Notice of Action/Receipt

01 April 2010 - Biometrics Appointment (Biometrics done 4/7/10)

27 April 2010 - received I-797C/ Request to Appear for Naturalization Interview

02 June 2010 - Interview schedule

17 June 2010 - Oath Taking (Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento, CA)

Thanks Everyone! We got our NO2 today! wooohooo!!! =)

Our K-1 Journey

October 2002 - Fee and Josh meet in glasgow.

December 2007 - fee and josh meet again in glasgow .

Feb 2008 - Josh visits Fee in Fife.

May 2008 - Fee visits Josh in Buffalo.

06-05-2008 - Fee and Josh get engaged!! -file I129f

12-05-2008 - NO1

18-05-2008 - Touched

August 2008 - Josh visits Fee

19-09-2008 - touched!

19-09-2008 - NO2! woohoo!

02-10-2008 - Leaves NVC

11-10-2008 - Packet 3 arrives (with nothing in it! only a cover letter!)

16-10-2008 - packet 3 sent back to embassy

30-10-2008 - packet 4 arrives

13-11-2008 - medical

17-11-2008 - Interview (10am) *approved!*

25-11-2008 - visa arrives

26-11-2008 - fly to toronto (POE Buffalo)

Hey just wanted to say hi and congratulations on your NOA2, I see you got your NOA1 on May 12th so to see you have your NOA2 already is huge encouragement to me. I got my NOA1 on June 3rd so am only a few weeks behind you, hopefully it will be the same for the NOA2!! We have a fair bit in common too so i'll be watching your progress. Very best of luck and congratulations again!

Hi Guys,

I am having problems with uploading my timeline... please help, i think its easier just updating timeline than giving half informations.

I get confused too many september fillers forums, i paste in one today and next day im trying to find it im in another, i wish they could merge it all so it would be one big family instead of little ####### bits.

Pls help with guidiance for uploading time lines so that il just update mine when there is news.

Sept 12, 2008- Sent AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago (finally)

Sept 15, 2008- Delivered

Sept 18, 2008- Noas AOS/EAD/AP (yaay!!)

Oct 7th 2008- Case transferred to CSC

Oct 15, 2008- Biometric APPT (smooth and quick)

Oct 16, 2008- Case pending ......

Update....

Ap approved...approval notice sent 12/03/2008

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony
