How do you know when your application has been touched

April and I filed on Feb. 3rd 129 and 130 so far there doesn't seem to be any activity on either app in 7 months. I am on the USCIS website and registered but it has never changed. How will I know when there is a touch? Many Thanks Perry

When you login on the uscis website, you will see your cases in the portfolio. If you dont' see anything in the portfolio, add your i-130 and i-129f case numbers that you received on your NOA1 letter.

Whenever you see that the "last updated" date change on that site, you can consider that to be a touch.

hi guys, i know what you are going thru, i filed my petition on march 2008, my nao1 is from march 18 2008, and i am still waiting for my noa2, this waiting is killing me, it's worst than torture, vermont now is processing february 1 2008, so hopefully you guys will be next, dont give up, your nao2 is around the corner, you can try to contact your state senator, but as long as the petition is within the processing dates, there is not much that can be done. good luck and take care.
