Hello, guys! Just wanna asks again. I am just anxious about proof of meeting in person within 2 years. We started our communication last quarter of 2007 and finally he visited me and proposed to me last May 2008. His visit lasted only for 1 week since he got only 10 days of leave from his work less the travel time. Would it matter if he only visited me once? He filed our I-129F last July,2008. My fiances` plan is to visit me again this coming Dec. but recently he changed plan since the airfare keeps on increasing now and that he can`t get another leave this year and so we agreed that he won`t have his 2nd visit anymore. He will just be saving it for my airfare when I had my visa approval soon. I am just worrying if this will affect my interview in the future. As I`ve read the interview experienced here Co.would asks how many times my fiance visited me and if he questioned about my fiance`s stay I might possibly deny or might prolong our waiting time to be reunited. My fiance and I were worrying now about this. Any opinions about this matter. Thanks again!!!!

For the I-129F, only one visit is needed

For the interview, if you can show evidence of a strong bonafide relationship then any concern can typically be overcome

In the end, it is the CO's and only the CO's decision. The Co will decide on the totality of the evidence provided

YMMV

They will ask but as long as you have evidence of a bonafide relationship you will be okay. Just gather all evidences and keep praying God will grant the desire of your heart and He will make a way.

Don't worry.. it's ok even if he only visited once as long as you can provide a proof of ongoing relationship during the interview like, emails, chats, phonebills etc..

The law states on Form I-129F, Petition for Alien fiancee , that you have must meet 2 years prior to petitioning the usa government uscis . Using the Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancee . You should not worry , as long as your fiancee sends proff of you too metting in person along with the form at the time you both have applied . You will be fine , No where in the law does it state how long his stay needs to be .
