My country still keeps her last name even people get marry. But USA woman take husband last name.

When filing for the I-130, do I file her last name to husband's last name? Sorry to say 2 weeks ago when I filed I -130, I filled her last name still same as before her orignal last name. Do I need to change the form and re-summit it with correction?

I got NOA with her maiden name as benifitionary... Will it become issues later on?

You will be fine. Did she ever change her name after marriage? If not, then there is no issue. There are no rules that a woman needs to change her last name after marriage.

I still have my maiden name and I had no problem at USCIS.

American women can do anything they want regarding the last name. They can take it or not. Or, they can take a combination of their maiden and their husband's last name. My immigration paperwork has both on it. My marriage cert has only his.

i also put her maiden name as they use that as well in dom rep(they add the married name after the maiden name, but we both want her to take on my last name when she arrives. i'm just going to use my last name on the ds-230 and just mention it at the consulate that we want the green card and SS issued with just her married name.
