Embassy telelphonic response

hi every body

I just want to know that whether any one get any response from embassy visa/immigration section by phone....it has been a long time that i could not contact them through phone...did any body get their response by phone or email these days?.....my case has been pending in AP for the last 18 months after interview for k3...for the last 4 months DOS is saying that the case is now under process and is out of pending status ...but so for i could not get my visa.......i wanted to contact the embassy so i just wanted to know that whether anybody get any response from embassy visa phone or email n this month duration or these days?...............any help will b greately appreciated...thanks..

thanks for ur reply...but i want u to be more specific and let me know that when did u get response from them last time?...they also replied to my emails but for the last almost 40 days they r not responding to my emails.....

I sent them an email last week. They responded back to me the next day. I have sent them several emails in the last month and they have responded within one day.

thank u very much for the information...however i sent them email yesterday after getting ur first reply but so for they did not responded to my email....lets see when they are going to reply me back....u take care
