Have you got a receipt number to check on-line your case? If not, do so, and see what it has under your confirmation number on-line. I'd keep calling USCIS and make sure they sent it out. It's a possibility I assume that there might be one number out on something in which case NVC might be saying no, your petition isn't there, by looking at your number, and not matching it up with the name. Try that angle.

There are others who have had this problem with CSC. I think the last one had been recorded wrong. It was just a few days ago here on VJ.

You need to get in touch with a person at the USCIS. Keep calling.

So sorry you're having to wait so long.

That happened with my K1 application before too. We waited for 8 weeks till they forwarded it to the NVC. Keep calling USCIS so they will forward your case to the NVC. Who knows they will expedite it like what they did to our case :) Goodluck!
