HI GUYS

I JUST WANNA ASK ABOUT THIS IMMIGRATION TIME LINE. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS FOR ME? I'M JUST CONFUSED COZ I ALWAYS CHECK THIS EVERYDAY, AND THEY WILL SHOW THE DATES THAT ARE STILL ON PROCESS.

AND WHEN I CHECK IT TODAY, I SAW THERE THAT THEY WORKED ALREADY TO THE DATES WHEN I FILED MY APPLICATION, BUT WHY IS IT, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY KIND OF NOTICE THAT COULD TELL THAT THEY'RE WORKING WITH MY PAPERS... IS THIS IMMIGRATION TIMELINE IS TRUE? COZ I JUST FELT SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I ALWAYS CHECK THIS SITE, TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES OF MY STATUS... I FELT SO DOWN TODAY COZ WE FILED THIS PETITON SINCE MAY2008, AND UNTIL NOW WERE STILL WAITING FOR THIS NOA2!!! AND I'VE HEARD ALSO THAT SOME MAY FILERS GOT THERE NOA2 ALREADY?

I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND THIS...

THANK YOU SO MUCH, PLEASE PRAY FOR ME.... HUHUHUHU

Hi Jury!

You're not alone in feeling so down with the process so slow...My petition was filed last September 26, 2007 and until now I haven't hear anything about my appoinment. I am done with the documentation in NVC. One thing that's bothering me is that why are other people got there cases done in just 6 to 8 months.

Just keep your hope up and have faith in God.

Timeline

The Immigration Timelines from the USCIS are pretty bogus in my opinion. There just there to cover their butts and avoid getting calls from people trying to find out how much longer until they get approved.

The best thing is to do is to do a timeline search here on VJ on people who have submitted their applications to the same service center as you and that way you'll get a better idea. That's why it's so important to fill out your timeline.

So :time:
