wow this site is great! I am just starting k-1 process I am in Nashville met Karen online Nov 07 ,met in person May 08 Engaged Sept 8 , 08!

Karen lives in ,Mindano, Lano Del Norte (think I spelled it right) North side of Island east of Cagyan De Oro. Shes staying in Illigan right now due to the wacko rebels killing looting etc. Thank God their in Ramadan for a month or so.

Was wondering the fastest was to ship papers the signed g-325a's etc , were looking at fedex but the prices! ouch.. Postal is too slowww....

I am going to do an exact copy of the sample forms any one got any additional info? Cross your T's dot your i's etc.

Good Luck to you both!!! We used USPS Express Mail...no problems....Iligan is a nice place...We had a great time at Maria Cristina Falls last February!!

i sent mine priority mail, and got deleivery reciept so i knew when it arrived was able to track the package online. It worked great and was not worries about the delievery. Best of Luck you you

My suggestion would be to complete the forms and email them to her. She can print them out and then send back to you.

For the initial filing, I'd recommend what Tsup2 said. Electronically help fill out everything she needs to sign (G-325A, letter of intent to marry, passport photos, etc) and have her mail it to you. This will save your one-half of the mailing costs.

I'm not sure what options she has from there to the US, but any with tracking would be best. I can only think of FedEx or possibly DHL.

While that's enroute, that gives you a chance to prepare all your paperwork, since I'm sure it'll take at least a week while you do it after work and in your free time. I think I took about 3 weeks to prepare everything, but that also included my research time.

TRY USPS.. its only take 3 days and it cheaper than fedex and UPS..
