It should be on the back and look like this (the red switch in the middle):

You will need a small screwdriver or something similar to switch it to 115V.

If there is no switch (my husband's computer was custom-built and didn't have one), get a new power supply, they are not too expensive. Just make sure to get the same wattage, info will be printed on the unit. They are relatively easy to install, though you can probably find someone who will charge you to do it!

I agree with whats been said! if there isn't a switch to set it from 220 to 110 then it isn't getting enough juice. Head out to your local PC store or even try this site and get yourself a new power supply. I'm assuming it's a standard ATX supply? Check the label to see the wattage and get a replacement that matches. If your not sure about the wattage you should be safe with anything from around 400w - 450w assuming it's a standard tower, 1 or 2 optical drives, hard disk single/dual core cpu, graphics subsystem? standard or for gaming? I'd recommend a decent brand of PSU, after all this is the thing that'll be giving your computer it's lifeblood. Check reviews and don't skimp a bad PSU can come back to haunt you down the road!

Changing out the PSU is easy, on a modern ATX type system most if not all the connections have been made gump proof over the years. If you need any further help I'd be happy to help as I'm sure would others.

Good luck! :)
