RFE tax transcripts

Can someone -please tell me exactly what i need to send for the form I-864. i'm confused and so is my husband as to the form 1099 that they have requested. We have acquired his last yrs tax return transcript which I think is form 1040, w-2's, last 6 months payslips but we're lost with the form 1099.

Help confused, already had 2 RFE's cos of this

I am by no means a tax expert, but at the end of the year my bank always sends me a 1099 INT which lists the interest earned on my account, which is taxable income...they're different versions of the 1099, I'm sure someone on here can explain alittle bit better...good luck

1099 is for other income received - if you worked as a contractor you will receive a 1099 form, state refund - you will receive a 1099. Was there any income you that was not on your W-2. even if you did not report it, the source sent a copy of the 1099 to the IRS so they know about the income.

1099's are most commonly given for interest earned. If you have a bank account, your bank will send you a 1099 if you earned interest last year.

I suggest that you call the IRS and order tax transcripts, and you won't need to send any W-2's or 1099's. They are free and it takes about a business week to receive them. 1-800-829-1040
