May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

If you're too dumb to figure out how to walk correctly, too bad for you.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

They may be ugly but for the job I do they are very good on my feet. As are my Birkenstocks. I've been told they are ugly too. I have to walk a good deal (classroom to classroom...six in all everyday) so comfort is my main concern...I could care less how ugly they are. I can't figure out why some people find them hard to walk in.

They may be ugly but for the job I do they are very good on my feet. As are my Birkenstocks. I've been told they are ugly too. I have to walk a good deal (classroom to classroom...six in all everyday) so comfort is my main concern...I could care less how ugly they are. I can't figure out why some people find them hard to walk in.

I walk about 8 miles a day at work and wear crocs. Not the clumpy ones in this thread, but ones that actually look like shoes. There are really comfortable but have, unfortunately given me stress fractures in my heels as they offer no foot support. I'm not the only one either, a girl I work with has them too from her crocs. Not to mention about two months ago I got caught in a downpour, my crocs got wet, I was running for cover and my toe got stuck in one of the holes, got pulled back and broke. Bloody crocs!

Well, I didn't get treated by a doc, I just taped my toes together and all was well a few weeks later.

Ummm, they are kids, they ARE still learning how to walk... But I forgot, a 5 year old is supposed to have the same dexterity and knowledge as an adult...

I'm just overly defensive when it comes to kids because I'd just die if somethhing like that happened to my little boy.

It seems as if the escalators are grabbing on to a piece of the croc and sucking the toddlers feet into it. :crying:
