I though I answered this?????

SEE: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=151080&hl=

What visa are you adjusting status from??

If K-Visa you do not need to include I-130.

If K-Visa and medical for visa was less than a year ago you only need to have vaccinations part of I-693 done.

I-485 indicates you "MAY" include the I-693 with the petition. If you dont include it you will be requested to bring it to AOS interview, or if you entered on a K-Visa and NBC decides NO-Interview needed, then you will ge an RFE for it.

Please update profile to show details like foreign country, what is being filed for etc.. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

i overstay on my b2 visa by 2 years. Got married to my us citizen spouse.

we're getting ready to apply for adjustment of status I-485, i-130,

i-765, 1-864

My question is do i have to apply summit i-693 together with the package or can i do it later.

My wife also overstayed her visitor visa, and we married when she was technically out of status. We submitted all the forms you mentioned plus the I-693, as it is required. Thereafter, there were no glitches at all, just the usual processing delays. Hope this answers your question.
