I-129f Application Lost?

A little background info: Just got back from spending time with my fiance in England. Received the NOA 2 in June, while I was over there. My mom called the NVC in July to see how the case was pending, got the response "it's not in our system, allow 90 days." Just got back this week and still the same response from NVC! The operator told me to make a copy of the NOA2 and send it to them. Just been on the phone with USCIS, what a bunch of time wasters! She told me there was nothing she could do, to wait it out, I've been waiting long enough! She told me it was basically lost somewhere between them and the NVC, and there was nothing they could do! So I then called The Department of State, they were actually helpful. The guy told me it seemed to be the USCIS fault, as we got the approval notice but nothing was changed on their website, it still said case received and pending. And when it was actually sent to the NVC it would state that. He then told me to make an appointment with my local office and have someone actually take some time to investigate the application.

I cannot believe how careless these people are with others futures! Maybe I'm just being melodramatic, but it sucks to see peoples time lines who filed 2 months after me already have interviews!

So hopefully with my appointment on thursday I will get some answers. I just don't want to have to re-file and go through this all over again!

I would call Deportment of state Visa services, they can track case after it leaves NVC.

K-Visa petitions pass through NVC fairly quickly, I suspect it has been sent on to the embassy.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
