I know that polls are not always an accurate way of predicting the outcome of an election but.... it is clear that the momentum is in McCain's favor. If this keeps up it may be a rout in favor of McCain.

The polls that really interest me are the congressional polls. They were strongly in favor of the dems for months but that lead has been slowly going away. This board would have some really depressed members if that also continues and the reps get the WH and one or both houses back.

We have come a long way from the prediction that the dems will destroy the reps in this election.

Your right for the most part but there are a small number that will react badly. Expect to see some "Americans are stupid" comments if this continues.
