Timeline

Hi everybody,

i just got my package 3 today. I filled out all the forms, but i still have a problem. I read that i should not send any papers with it and then i read that i should send papers with it....can anybody help me , because i really wanna send it tomorrow ??

The checklist form is actually misleading – at the bottom of Form DSL – 1076 it says: “ You should bring all of the above pertinent documents and the application forms with you to the interview”; thus you should send back the checklist and DS 230 – as everything else is an application form or a document.

Most consulates only want the checklist, and DS-230 part 1 sent to them, and everything else brought to the visa interview.

There is a check list (included in the package) of things to return to the Consulate - everything else you should bring with you to your eventual interview. :thumbs:

just send what their requests because the Embassy does not have storage facilities for these documents. Goodluck!

thank you very much. It was just the paper from Frankfurt that they received my approved petition and that i should follow any instructions on the website. And on the website it says that i have to send the ds 230 immediatily to the consulate. And the DS 156 and DS 156k.....And then i got confused
