How do I withdraw an I-130?

Initially, I filed with an attorney in the USA for K3 and then found out about DCF. We visited the Embassy today and filed here, but they told us to withdraw the I-130 in the USA. I tried to contact the USCIS, but can't seem to get to an actual person on the phone.

Does anyone know how to withdraw or do get ahold of a person at USCIS instead of the automated system?

You need to do it in writing. Send a letter to the service center handling the pending I-130 requesting it be withdrawn.

Thanks:) We haven't recieved an NOA yet, so I'm not sure which center it was sent to. Also, do you think this will raise any eyebrows here at the Consulate? The officer said it was no big deal, but just want to double check.

Do you mean will withdrawing the first I-130 raise any eyebrows? It definitely shouldn't. The reason for withdrawal (getting to file by DCF) will be very clear and understood. Anyone who had the chance to do it would do it.
