Will we need a waiver?

Waviers filed thru Brazil are adjudicated in Lima, Peru. If you consulted with Heather and Laurel, you have gotten advice from two of the best in the country. If you don't use one of these two, you need to ask some questions and get the proper answers from anyone else you consider. They'll all tell you they can do it, no problem. But what is their record filing thru Lima? How many cases, how many approvals? Ask if a fiance is eligible for a waiver, if they so no, don't go any further. Lima is pretty strict, you want to maximize your chances for sucess.
