Just found out today from my beloved who called the NVC that our file was received by them on 19 may and was sent today to London.... here we goooo Im so excited and nervous...... Good luck everyone..

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Well my american half hasnt got all the papers hw needs to forward to me for my interview so we are not gonna rush this stage yet, besides I will have to call the embassy or email them to try and sort the medical and interview in one week so I dont have to make 2 trips to london.

Thank you all for your good wishes I am so nervous about the medical and interview.. what if they find something serious on the medical :o

Why not download your pk3 from VJ? That way when London eventually sends it to you , you can send it back immediately?

Yeah I downloaded the forms I think I need and started to fill them in need to spennd more time going through some of the questions so I will be posating a few

So when Pk 3 arrives I can just copy everything over neatly :) and then I will email them I think to find out when the interview will be then try to schedule my medical in the same week of the interview so I dont have to make 2 trips to London as I will be staying with my brother and his wife's place - and he is not happy with me doing this and moving all the way to america so I know I am gonna get negative conversations with him - thats all i need when I will be nervous and stressed worrying about the interview and get negative stuff from him :( OHH GOD HELP ME !

With regards to your medical hopefully they don`t find naythign wrogn and hopefully if they do it is a blessing in disguise and you can get help.

23rd February 2005 Married.

10th May 2005 I130 packet sent to TEXAS forwarded to Cali.

12th May 2005 NOA1 Received date.

14th May 2005 delivered at 4:34 am LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

23rd May 2005 NOA1 notice date.

27th May 2005 NOA1 hits the mailbox.

13th August 2005 po po form mailed off with £10 cheque.

2nd September 2005 po po letter arrives.

3rd September a 4 week visit to GA assuming i get allowed in.

30th september 130 days on I130 and counting.

(Hopefully i finally get a wedding ring today too)

30th November NOA2 date. woohoo

January 2006 case arrives at NVC finally(not sure about exact date)

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

21st April case complete (sorry i have missed some dates of forms going back and forth)

2nd May case forwarded to Embassy in London

10th July 2006 visa interview 10.30 a.m.
