RFE I693

Hi,

Excuse me for posting twice in an hour.

However I have a question. As my earlier post said, I have been given an RFE for a lost medical, but does this mean I also need to get a new vaccination supplement done at the doctors? I didn't think it did as I sent in my vaccination form, the DS form, and I have had them all and it says so on the form, but do they just automatically require a new one?

New vaccination requirements were issued as of August 1st this year. It could be that.

I thought that was only if you the medical was done after August 1st? Mine was done in January so I thought I was exempt from that. I think its just been lost sadly, but who knows!?

Oh, well thats probably they lost it or something wasn't filled out correctly. There is Good Old USCIS for your service...with them ONE never KNOWS....

There's your problem, you only sent the DS-3025. Technically, you are required to send in a I-693 with vaccination section completed and signed by a CS, not DS-3025 only.

Many people have gotten approved by only sending the DS-3025, but you are required to send in the 693.
