they did not transfer all of the cases, so they have to give themselves that little bit of cushion for those that they did keep from 2007.

Wow, I can not believe they have already post an update. Last month it took them to the end of the month. The only reason VSC is were they are is because of transfers. But, I am looking for an approval soon. :hehe::hehe:

well we sent ours on the 2nd of may, noa1 on the 5th ( i believe) then our noa2 on 4 september, no rfe's. so i dont get those processing times

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

they may have changed the dates but a few of us are still stuck on the bad server. can anyone please give us the dates for I-130 and I-129F for VSC? we cant wait for the other servers to get updated...

I just checked and they have not updated at all yet. so you are not blind and it still says August 15. I thought that was kind of fast for them to post. i don't ever remember them being on time since I have been here. :wacko::wacko:
