Should I send G-325A and I-864 along with I-130?

Hi,

I'm sponsoring I-130s for my parents and brother.

Someone suggested sending their G-325A Biography, plus the I-864 Affidavit of Support, along with the I-130 applications to speed up the process (similar to the I-129F process where G-325 and I-864 were sent together with I-129F).

The I-130 application does not tell me to do this.

Is this a good advice or it will jeapadize the I-130 process?

Please advise. Thank you.

No, you only send the I-130 for your parents and brother. As per the I-130 instructions you don't need to send the G-325A since that form is only used for spouses.

What Documents Do You Need to Prove Family Relationship?

D. A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife.

The I-864 is not needed by the USCIS for I-130 petitions. You will need to submit it once the petitions reach the NVC (National Visa Center) and they request it.

No, it's not true.

You can read the Time Savers thread, pages 1, 10 & 11 in the National Visa Center forum to get an idea of the forms the NVC will need which are DS-3032, I-864 and DS-230. The bills to pay are the AOS and IV Bill.
