Hi,

I mailed the I129F form to Chicago on Feb 2, 2006. I got a NOA on Feb 8, 2006. Now the processing time line for I129F for spouse is March 5, 2006. Till now I didnot get any reply. What should I do. When I called the National Center all I am getting is a message which says that this type of application takes 60 to 90 days. Can anyone suggest something.

Regards

After 90 days, you can speak with an Immigration officer. You might want to ask for Immigration officer when you call again because you already passed 60-90 days window.

Or other option is, that you can visit the local USCIS office by making an appointment through INFOPASS. They will have more information about your case then the national customer center.

Hope this helps.
