My spouse is trying to fill out DS 230 and DS 3032 but can not type complete address in form.

Just trying to figure out what version of Adobe reader should be using for these forms ? any advise.

That often happens with any of the USCIS forms no matter what version of Adobe one is using. I left those blank if I could not abbreviate and then filled them in with a fine-point black ball pen, printing clearly.

If you go to the VJ "Gallery Download" at the top of the screen, you'll find the DS230 (K-3), and you can type into it.

Put the Gs 230 or the 2-3032 in the internet search bar and they will come up with the most recent version. you can fill them out and print them right after you fill them out. I hope this helps

The address lines are too short no matter what version you use. Personally I use Foxit reader. It is a PDF viewer that you have to pay a fee for but it has some very nice additiional features. For one it lets you save changes to PDF files that are normally protected against saving form data. It also has a typewriter function. You can type on any part of the form in any font size so you can fit the whole address in the fields without being dependent on the restricted size of the text box. I think it is best for doing immigration forms since you can type all of them even the ones with no fillable fields on them.

we'd same issues with the forms for address fields being too small. It doesnt allow you to set the font size as its protected for any changes.

use this, it'll allow you to change the font size to auto if you know how to do it. http://www.getpdf.com/encrypt-decrypt-pdf.html

I used foxit reader typewriter tool to fill my I-130 form. It works very good, just don't save the form otherwise you may have printmarks if you are using free version. I got full version of adobe acrobat but since forms has restrictions I couldn't change any size of fonts.

I think I will try getpdf to remove restrictions of form DS-230 when I am ready to fill out DS-230. Thank you mystique for the link.

I had professional version of Adobe but since DS230 is protected, I couldn't change the size of fonts for input boxes. The alternatives (Foxit, etc.) listed here are really good. However, I just hand-wrote the information for my wife and have her signed it. One of advanted of professional version is that you can actually save the form and send it to your spouse over the email. He/She can print the form sign it and return it to you and then you can fill necessary information by hand.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to reply earlier as I was preparing all docs.. Thank You all. I used Adobe and Foxit and it's done. Thanks everyones input.
