Thank you, Merci beaucoup  I see... how long can usually take the whole process of the k-1? And what about if we finnaly don't decide to get married, and I just go there to study with my F-1, how can I know that in one, two or three years we won't feel to marry each other? And if we decide so, then it would be a problem however my intention wasn't going to the USA to marry her? I mean I don't know the future, people minds change everyday

If you definitely want to get married to your girlfriend, there is maybe another way. If she came to France/wherever and you got married OUTSIDE the US, then you guys could get you a spousal visa (CR1). You would still have to wait and have an interview before entering the US, but I think it is quicker than the K1. Also, since you are already married, you get permanent resident status immediately when you enter the US, rather than having to file again to adjust status after you enter with the K1 and get married. You would then be able to work/study etc straight away.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
