Morning everyone! Boaz, I'm still waiting to hear back from my Senators and Congressman. One of the senators already basically said no. I'm still hoping to get lucky with one of the other 2.

Actually the first Senators office I contacted sent me an email saying 'no' almost a month ago. In the meantime, I contacted a member of City Council who in turn made the contact for me to another's Senator's office. It was the Senator's office contacted via my contact with City Council that gave me the good news! So hopefully one of the remaining Senators office will have good news for you.

I just got out of the hospital yesterday, sore from head to too, but when I managed the strength to check my email .... joy was all over me! I already will need to be out of work for the next 6 weeks due to my surgery, so now my plan is to take an additional week so that I am not pushing my body too hard. Yeah .... OK - my Percocet is about to kick in, I'm going to take a nap and will check in later. Feel free to call me.

Awww, sorry to hear about the surgery. I hope you have a speedy recovery. You're on Percocet?? My doctor put me on that when I had stiches from my first baby. That's some good stuff, lol, but it's highly addictive. I'll give you a call today.

An email from my Senator stating that I have been chosen to receive 2 tickets (in the seated area) to the 2009 Presidential Swearing Ceremony!!!!!!!!!!!
