Uno has a new addition to her family

...she has adopted a 2 year old handsome male cat named "Euphrates!"

Why no one told me cats have a mind of their own

they are kinda like women

The ignorance of some Americans is astounding to me.

A man that my husband works with, said to him, why would he care about American politics and what happens in the US...since my husband is not an American....

Helllooooo.....

My husbands response was, "no I am not an American, but I in this country too and the economy effects me too...I pay American taxes...I live like an American, even though I am not a citizen."

How could someone think that someone living in this country would not be effected???

this is the 411 on me kitty katz

as I stated earlier, he is a male named "Euphrates", beautiful full coat (black, white, grey) but blended like a tigers stripes, he even has the tiger like markings on his face...soooo cute

brought said kat home (c.a.t. = female), he used the litter box , ate an entire can of tuna and drank a nice amount of water then today, he was up and about, sneezing and drooling then he did the unthinkable he pissed on my carpet Maannnn, I picked him up with the quickness, and wanted to throttle him but then he looked at me with those beautiful eyes (haven't deciphered the color yet...) and dropped his head my baby did not look well and man his urrrriiiinnnnne smellz to high hell So I took him to the vet my kat is sick and I wanted to him gotta fever and a touch of the fleas , i.e. blood work = negative!!! soooo he gets a shot, a pill and some other stuff .

Then I get the bill, suddenly I'm sick, with delirium (never seen so many Zero's) and a fever and confusion......aaarrrggghhhhh

oh, cant get him wavos done 'til he recovers....

Uno, I think a lot of cats come home from the humane society sick. Even with a little kennel cold or whatever that's called. And the vet is HORRIBLE!! I tell my cat we're on a budget so he'd better eat well and exercise regularly cause we can't afford unexpected vet bills. I wish I could put him on my health insurance. NO, I'm not paying for pet insurance. I might as well pay the vet bill then!

Then he looks at me and goes "meow."

I said "meow? What kinda answer is that!?"

To that he responded "meeowww!"

I told him; "I dont quite know what you're talking about, but the dr. said you have to take this so come here and take this pill!"

He looked at me, went upstairs and hasn't been down yet

...guess thats what he meant by "meeowww?!"

Try hiding it in some food, that might work....

Hope everyone will have a happy and filling Thanksgiving. If you are traveling somewhere for dinner, where will it be? If you are going shopping early on black Friday, which store will you try to go to?

I am making dinner for the 2 of us. My husband really wants turkey so I am making a turkey.

Going to go Black Friday shopping around 8am before work. We'll probably hit up Kohl's, Target and Best Buy.
