Hi Ya'll. Everyone is keeping busy. Enjoy the holiday! I got hypnotized on Saturday to help me lose a couple pounds. I'll let you know if it works. I'm spending the holiday with a friend of Abass'. He's made a few close friends here pretty quickly. I'm happy to have someone else cook anyway.

I liked it. First time I ever watched 24. The theme about the new president being briefed etc. is so fitting to our times. A woman at that , would have been neat to have a black prez in the show

The child soldier reality needs to be brought to the attention of the viewers. Maybe with enough exposure there will be pressure

to find a sloution to that ever existing suffering of these children, rather than looking away.

The previews seem a bit unrealistic about the war lord coming here to seek revenge though, but I like to watch the new prez .

Was Chris killed after they injected him with the truth serum ?

Have to admitt hubby wanted to watch AMA, so we were flipping back and forth. I think Chris is dead. At the inauguration, it seems that Chris had been drugged and his credibility damaged, but then one the presidents guys suggested he be eliminated. Then in the final minutes where they split screen, it looked like a body (I'm assuming Chris) had been wrapped in plastic and put in a trunk or something.

Thanks girl! We received EAD on the same day! Very cool! Congrats to you and Samuel too. I do all the cooking at our house. But it's the eating that's my main problem! Bassi has gained weight too. His mama's gonna say I made him fat! That's what being married does to a man!
