We are having the carpet cleaned, so I'm on-line trying to stay out of the way.

Omoba - you will do fine with your diet. Yesterday I found out that I've lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks! If I can do it, so can you!

Chispas - come here! Call me and let's try to make something happen. Is your daughter coming home for Thanksgiving? I don't want you to spend it by yourself.

Reeses16 - lately I've been snacking on sugar free cookies. If you are not wanting a heavy dessert, perhaps you will find this enjoyable.

I lost 9# in 2 1/2 and have worked hard trying to keep to the routine. Not exercising yet, I know I have to or I will plateau.

Yoga and weight lifting and walking on the treadmill I hate doing that when I come home in the evening and it is dark.

All I want to do is be comfy on my couch and eat chocolate

But I must say Nutrasystem works !

My routine is treadmill in the morning and sometimes after work. If I am on travel, I normally sleep in and try to squeeze it in late in the day. I am very interested in yoga, but don't know if it will benefit me in terms of weight loss.

Probably not for weight loss but I like the flexibility it adds to my muscles.

Thanks Uno, it was kind of odd for me to just post it like I did but I was grieving in the middle of the night and that is just how it came out. I turn to music in grief. And I guess VJ is sometimes my therapy for this and that.....and the other....
