Who's excited about Thanksgiving?! I am!!!! I keep thinking about all of the wonderful Thanksgiving food...but I don't think I can wait! Maybe we'll move it to Sunday...lol.

I am on Nutrasystem :crying: Not sure what I will eat. Dare I go off and gorge myself like a tick on a dog  One bite just ain't gonna do it. One day of that will take me one week to get rid off the xrta weight.

My family is so scattered about the US and World now that I am not sure what I'll do for Thanksgiving. It is at this time that I miss living on the East Coast or at least having the money to travel.

The longer it takes to introduce yourself the less you've actually accomplished

 I'm excited about Thanksgiving!! Even though i've already started my food venture today, we had a potlock at work today and hmmmm it was wonderful. :D I'll be spending Thanksgiving at mom's place with the rest of the family. Yep, it's so much better when she's cooking. :)

Omoba, just incase you decide to stick with your diet. Just know that i'll be taking care of business for you also. :P

Good morning!

It will just be the 2 of us for Thanksgiving. Hubby's not that into the holiday- translation: while is a thankful prayerful person, he doesn't have any menu requests that go along with the holiday. So....I get to cook what I want!!!! I'll try to keep it healthy...I don't want to pack on pounds...we all know how hard they are to lose. We may forgo the desert...or just pick up a single serving from a restaurant to share.

24 is the BEST!!!!! Oh I love that show. I didn't follow day 6 as much as I would have liked...but I definitely plan on getting back this season. I love the idea of shooting in "real time". There was a X-files episode (many years ago) that did that for a single episode, I thought it was genius. But I feel bad for Jack Bauer....a lot goes on in his world in 24 hrs. lol. Also, I thought about 24 during the election, its the only tv series that I recall where an African-American was President. Can you think of any others? When everyone was talking about the idea of having a Black man in the office and the public being able to visualize the Obama's in the white house...I kept waiting for someone to bring up President David Palmer. But they didn't.

Hi Everyone! Happy Saturday!

We are having the carpet cleaned, so I'm on-line trying to stay out of the way.

Omoba - you will do fine with your diet. Yesterday I found out that I've lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks! If I can do it, so can you!

Chispas - come here! Call me and let's try to make something happen. Is your daughter coming home for Thanksgiving? I don't want you to spend it by yourself.

Reeses16 - lately I've been snacking on sugar free cookies. If you are not wanting a heavy dessert, perhaps you will find this enjoyable.

Happy Saturday :)

My hubby works on thansgiving, so I will make a nice meal for him to enjoy when he gets home in the evening. Today is my hubby's b-day and he is working, so I am planning on ordering his favorite pizza and make him a cake and maybe we can watch a movie together :innocent:

To Blessed to be stressed:) I realize that all things have a purpose and a time.....have faith and the Lord Almighty will provide... when the time is right, he NEVER fails!

I lost 9# in 2 1/2 and have worked hard trying to keep to the routine. Not exercising yet, I know I have to or I will plateau.

Yoga and weight lifting and walking on the treadmill  I hate doing that when I come home in the evening and it is dark.

All I want to do is be comfy on my couch and eat chocolate

But I must say Nutrasystem works !
