I feel like I'm going to cry. But I'm at work and don't want them all in my business. First I thought of my hubby, so I called him. Then I thought of you guys! So, I'm writing you.

Receipt Number: MSC***********

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

I think that his EAD is finally coming!!! I'm soooooooooo happy! Now, the online report says to wait 30 days for the card to arrive. But I'm really just so happy right now that something is happening, I don't know what to do with myself. How am I supposed to finish my reporting today? I need to eat cake!!

I know some of you can understand that I'm happy because it's like the clouds parting. He's been soooo "depressed". (I'm NOT depressed baby!) I'm just happy that he can be a "man" again and I can stop taking valium!! Okay, so I'm being a bit melodramatic, but you all know after a year that I can be a teensy bit melodramatic. I'm just pleased to move on to a new chapter. Praise God!!! Alhamdullilah!!

PS I requested an expedite yesterday and got this change today!

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009

I had to sign in at work for this one! Congrats and Alhamdullilah!!! Now that I am married to a Ghanaian I finally know what that means, LOL! I am so partial to the sub-sahara folks! Now, finish those reports, go home and jump all over you husband and smother him with kisses.

I had just gotten in an argument with a co-worker. (crazy witch!!) I spoke with the Director who would handle it but was fuming and then I got this good news and forgot all about her nutzo behind!! :dance:
