Ok anyone have the refresher manual for stuffing 50 lbs of ummm stuff into a suitcase ??? I am so glad they have a weigh limit or they would expect me to bring so much more

Don't forget you get TWO check-in's that can weigh 50 pounds each and TWO carry on's that can weigh 40 pounds each! Well at least for Delta. My two check-in's are 50 & 38 pounds - thus far. My carry on's aren't anywhere near the limit though so looking for more stuff LOL!

I have a quick question for you guys (and I do mean guys as in "3rd eye blinds") that lurk in sub saharan.

how do you use the speaker on a web cam to talk...when someone calls your computer????

I feel so like an "es'stoooopeeeedooooh!!!"

and a whole bunch of

normally, I can figure stuff out, put stuff together, and fake what I don't know until I'm confident I really don't know it and then I seek aid and assistance....

p.s. its an all in one webcam/mic (hopefully that helps out a bit)

according to the instructions and actual model, the mic/speakers are on the webcam (unseen somewhere). I have adjusted the volume (I think....), but I can't seem to answer when someone calls. when someone calls my computer, it will ring, but there is no indicator for me to click here to answer. then the calls get shot to my email addy with a voicemail attachment. oy or uffdah!!! /

Uno, I have that type of webcam. I had to configure it through Yahoo Messenger under call-setup (or some similar name).

This is really no help, because the only way I could do it was while in the midst of doing it

I don't know if you are using Yahoo, but I'm sure the other messenger programs like AIM and MSN have similar setups.

Essentially, it goes into your advanced audio setup in your computer's Control Panel, and it switches it to the audio on your external webcam program. It can also allow you to change to headset microphone too.

Again, you can either do it from the Control Panel or from the Messenger Call Setup area.

I'm sorry that I can't just write it out for you step-by-step....AND I refuse to ride the SHAWT BUT too!

Talked with SO for 1/2 hour last night . He is in Thies awaiting my arrival on Friday. He is staying with a very sweet older woman friend of his and she took him to the market to get some things for me. She found him purple material YA!!! I had been wanting purple in my wedding dress and he'd been unable to find. Anyways, she helped him all day yesterday and is going out again with him today, after seeing pictures of me she is sure she knows my size and they are getting clothes for me. dont know her age, but what I sent to my MIL was a personalized kit of complementary lotions/shea butter, body creams, foot creams/scrubs, deodorant, powders, and body spray. I purchased a clear medium size travel bag to place them in and she loved it. all can be found at the dollar store, dollar general or family dollar.

Hi Subbies!

I know I've been MIA for a minute. Sorry about that. Life gets in the way of living sometimes. I think I'm cruising into the holiday hectic, but I'm doing okay. Had some beautiful girls with me from Uganda and Kenya. They are with the african children's choir. Just a true blessing. I wish I could've kept them! They even got Uncle Abass to come close to tears. They have sad stories but are filled with the joy of the Lord. I miss my babies! I went from being the parent of an only child to having six girls under the age of 11. And I loved it!

Bassi is freezing his tookus off! Poor baby. I'll keep him warm! Still waiting for the EAD. Damn USCIS! They are sooooo slow! I hope ya'll are doing well!! Zee did you hear anything about AOD or EAD? Stevi, is your man home yet? O, how's it going with the new lawyer? Nagi, how are you feeling? P and LL, I hear they're trying to kill your man before he even becomes president! I won't be able to catch up for a while. Send me a note if there's something that should be on my prayer list that I've missed.
