P I made it out of bed this morning ....... this is how it went down : I rolled onto my knees and then pushed myself off the floor to stand up straight.

Now I got to do that one more week incl. for all the bathroom trips in the middle of the night.

Time to go back to yoga classes to get flexible again

Finally I picked a color out of 35 green swatches for my bedroom. Time to buy the paint. Geez....this is work.

That sounds pretty Omoba. Are you doing it yourself DIY ? I know what you mean about getting up from the mattress on the floor. I had a sleepover for my granddaughter last week, and we all slept on the floor. The next morning, I got a rude awakening (pun intended) when I had to get up from that floor

But it was so much fun. I just started yoga and I'm surprised at the difference it makes both physically and emotionally......peace.
