I just came back from a Christmas party. There was a lady whose husband from Lagos was just denied. I knew about her but never met her. They asked him what her titles meant after her name and he didn't know word for word but knew she is a special ed teacher.

He was also asked the distance from her home to her church and couldn't answer correctly.

Mmhh.

The petition will be returned. I offered her help on what to do and to send her VJ links but she said she was sick of reading and just wants action.

She said the senator said to try a visitor visa next was the way to go and when I told her it will never happen she walked away.

Oh well, I tried.

It is a movie about the Holocaust. It was very well done it was just painfully sad. the "striped pajamas" are actualy not pajamas but his death camp uniform. It is about a relationship between a little German boy (the son of a Camadant *sp?) and a little Jewish boy, the ending is most shocking and seriously, everyone in the theater sat there dumstruck until the lights came on.
